Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of PlyPrecision, including company registration, partner applications, business portals, marketplace features, and related services. By accepting these Terms for a company, you agree to them personally and on behalf of that company.

If you do not agree, do not submit a company registration or use the services on the company’s behalf.

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must be authorized to register, represent, and make decisions for the company named in the application. You must provide accurate ownership and contact information when requested.

Manufacturer, distributor, and supplier access may require verification and approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or immediate portal access.

Registration information, supporting documents, and statements must be current, complete, and not misleading. You must promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, limiting access to authorized people, and notifying platform support if you suspect unauthorized access. Actions taken through an authorized company account may be treated as actions of that company.

PlyPrecision may review registration information and documents, request revisions or additional evidence, approve or reject an application, or suspend review when verification cannot be completed.

Approval, onboarding, account roles, and portal permissions remain subject to the platform’s verification, security, and role-isolation rules.

You may use PlyPrecision only for lawful business purposes and only within the permissions assigned to your account. You must not impersonate another person or company, submit fraudulent records, interfere with platform security, scrape protected data, introduce malicious code, or use another user’s credentials.

You must not use the services to violate intellectual-property, privacy, employment, consumer-protection, payment, trade, or other applicable laws.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and retention of business records and documents you upload or create. You grant PlyPrecision the limited right to store, process, display, and transmit that material as needed to provide, secure, and support the services.

Do not upload information that you are not authorized to provide. Access to documents is controlled by applicable account, company, role, and platform permissions.

Submitted purchase orders and accepted commercial transactions may become binding between the relevant buyer and seller, subject to product availability, seller confirmation, and their agreed commercial terms.

Prices, payment terms, taxes, delivery timelines, cancellations, returns, warranties, and disputes are governed by the applicable transaction records, seller terms, payment-provider rules, and law. When a payment provider is used, that provider processes payment credentials; PlyPrecision records transaction status and reference information needed to operate the service.

PlyPrecision and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design, documentation, and platform-provided content. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the services.

You retain rights in content your company provides, subject to the limited service-use rights described in these Terms and any rights belonging to other people or organizations.

Personal and business information is processed to verify registrations, provide services, prevent fraud, secure accounts, support transactions, and meet legal obligations. Additional details are provided in the Privacy Policy and relevant notices shown when information is collected.

You agree to receive operational messages needed for verification, security, applications, orders, and account administration. Marketing communications, when offered, are subject to separate preferences and applicable law.

PlyPrecision may maintain, improve, add, remove, or temporarily interrupt features. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve service continuity, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Third-party services, including payment, mapping, messaging, storage, or authentication providers, may have separate terms and availability limits.

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when needed to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected misconduct, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Company records may be retained when required for security, audit, dispute, or legal purposes.

Ending access does not cancel obligations or liabilities that arose before termination, including payment, confidentiality, ownership, and dispute obligations that by their nature should continue.

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis. PlyPrecision does not guarantee the conduct, products, services, capacity, or performance of independent buyers, sellers, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, riders, or other third parties.

Each company is responsible for its business decisions, regulatory compliance, product quality, workplace practices, transaction terms, and the people it authorizes to use the platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlyPrecision is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the services. Any limitation that cannot lawfully apply remains limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

PlyPrecision may update these Terms when services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date are published on this page. A new acceptance is required only when the platform presents a separate re-consent process; an older acceptance is never treated as acceptance of a newer version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory rights that apply under other law. Parties should first use the platform’s support channels and available transaction records to try to resolve a concern in good faith.

For registration, account, billing, or transaction questions, use the support channel made available in PlyPrecision and include the relevant application, order, or transaction reference. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials in a support message.
